Internacional Club Atletico Femenil (WPSL)

Platícanos sobre usted: Cuál es su nombre, qué posición ocupa en el club, y como fue involucrado en el fútbol (Tell us about yourself: what is your name, what position you hold in the club, and how you got involved in football.)
Mi nombre es Gabriel H Monsalvo. Mi posision en el club es la de entrenador principal y director deportivo. Tanto en la parte femenin como masculina. Desde el año de 1997 que commence a involucrarme en el futbol enla parte tecnica y en el año 2011 comece la Carrera de entrenador professional en mi pais que la termine en el 2012.

(My name is Gabriel H Monsalvo. My position at the club is that of head coach and sports director. Both in the feminine and masculine part. Since 1997, I began to get involved in football in the technical part and in 2011 I began the career of professional coach in my country that ended in 2012.)

¿Cuál es la meta, dentro y fuera de la cancha, para Internacional Club Atletico? (What is the goal, on and off the pitch, for Internacional Club Atletico?)
La meta dentro de la cancha de Inter es lograr sacar lo major de cadda jugador y de ahi lograr intentar tener un equipo donde cada jugador este siempre a dispocicion del compañero y el equipo. Que a traves de los entrenamientos tengan claro la manera de jugar de resolver situacionnes a favor o en contra que se presenten ir que eso nos lleve a poder competir cada vez 2 mas alto nivel. Q darles oportunidades de conseguir buenos lugares donde estudiar y ser becadas de tener la posibilidad de jugar a nivel professional aqui en el pais o fuera de el!

(The goal on the Inter is to get the best out of each player and from there to try to have a team where each player is always at the disposal of the teammate and the team. That through training they are clear about the way to play to resolve situations in favor or against that arise, so that this leads us to be able to compete every time at a higher level. Which gives them opportunities to get good places to study and receive scholarships to have the possibility of playing at a professional level here in the country or abroad!)

¿Como ha afectado la pandemia al club y cual es el plan de regresar mas fuerte que nunca? (How has the pandemic affected the club and what is the plan to return stronger than ever?)
La pandemia afecto mucho al club, se dejo de  so, se dejo generar dinero, tratos con sponsors se quedaron pendientes ya que la temporada del rliga fue candelada. Siempre el planear los entrenamientos necesarios para los equipos cuando regresamos entrenar mas fuerte de lo que estabamos haciendo, y hoy les toca a cada una desde su lugar entrenar para mantenerse lo major possible. Dependemos de lo que podamos mostrar en la cancha para jugadoras quieran estar en este equipo, que sponsors crean en el proyecto. 

(The pandemic affected the club a lot, it stopped so, it allowed itself to generate money, deals with sponsors were pending since the league season was canceled. Always planning the necessary trainings for the teams when we return to train harder than we were doing, and today it is up to each one from their place to train to stay as well as possible. El club tiene una cuenta de Instagram bien entretenido. ¿Como le ha ayudado las redes sociales a crecer el club? (The club has a very entertaining Instagram account. How has social media helped you grow the club?)
El tema de las redes sociales hoy es fundamental y creo que ayudo mucho a que conozcan al club y lo que hacemos. Creo que en muy poco tiempo hemos hecho bastante. Tambien se hizo que jugadoras antes de comenzar con pruebas para formar los equipos pudieran entrenar con nosotros (con el equpio que ya teniamos y vean nuestra manera de entrenarnuerstra idea y esto tambien quizo que se hablara y quisieran venir a las pruebas, ver que el nivel que tenia el club era muy Bueno. 

(The issue of social networks today is fundamental and I think it helped a lot to get to know the club and what we do. I think in a very short time we have done a lot. It was also made that players before starting with tests to form the teams could train with us (with the equipment that we already had and see our way of training our idea and this also wanted to be talked about and they wanted to come to the tests, see that the level that the club had was very good.)

El club ha empezado a vender calcomanías (mandem mensaje directo a @InterCAWomen por Instagram para mas informacion). ¿Planean a vender mercancia para ayudar el crecimiento del club? Se comenzo a vender calcomanias para poder generar ingresos. Fue una idea de uno de nuestros sponsors (Smart Levels Media) que nos proveyo todas las calcomanias para vender. Tambien estamos trabajando en el armado de la tienda online con la ropa del equipo y cosas del club con nuestro logo y de la marca que nos patrocina (Bee Sports Mexico) que nos concimos en la qira que hicimos por Republica Dominicana y se interesaron en nosotros despues de ver el desempeño del equipo, yde tartar de conseguir sponsors que quieran colaborar en poder llevar este Proyecto ambicioso que tenemos. 

(Stickers began to be sold in order to generate income. It was an idea from one of our sponsors (Smart Levels Media) who provided us with all the stickers to sell. We are also working on the assembly of the online store with the team's clothing and club things with our logo and the brand that sponsors us (Bee Sports Mexico) that we met in the game we did for the Dominican Republic and they were interested in us after seeing the performance of the team, and trying to get sponsors who want to collaborate in being able to carry out this ambitious project that we have.)

¿Cual estilo de juego implementan en la cancha? ¿Cuales individuales deveremos de tomar en cuenta, en la cancha y en la porra? (What style of play do you implement on the pitch?
El estilo de juego que tenemos es siempre ser protagonistas tartar de tener el balon el tiempo es siempre ser protagonistas, tartar de tener el balon el tiempo mas possible y de presconar al rival donde creamos que saquemos mas ventajas. Entrenamos todas las opciones y nos adaptamos a los momentos. Estan preparadas para saber cambiar de estrategia en cuanto se necesite.

(The style of play we have is to always be protagonists, try to have the ball, time is always to be protagonists, try to have the ball for as long as possible and to prescribe the rival where we believe that we will get more advantages. We train all the options and adapt to the moments. They are prepared to know how to change strategies as needed.)

¿Cual es la meta ideal para el club? (What is the ideal goal for the club?)
La meta ideal del club es poder competir al mas alto nivel. Sacar lo major de cada una de ellas y lograr los objetivos propuestos que no es solo lograr titulus. Queremos que puedan conseguir vicar para poder preparase para la vida gracias a lo que hacen dentro de un campo de juego, consequir que lleguen a guar profesional, prepararlas para que tengan la oportunidad de pruebas y que muchas logren poder hacerlo. De poder hacer giras y jugar contra equipos profesionales como hicimos en la Republica Dominicana que se jugo contra un equipo profesional y contra el equipo preolimpico de ese pais y que puedan vivir experencias lo mas parecido a lo profesional y poder posicionarnos como un club estable a lo largo del tiempo. 

(The ideal goal of the club is to be able to compete at the highest level. Get the best out of each one of them and achieve the proposed objectives that is not only to achieve titulus. ¿Como cree que la afficion pueda ayudar el crecimiento del futbol femenil en el Sur de California y en otras regiones? (How do you think the fans can help the growth of women's soccer in Southern California and other regions?)
La aficcion puede audar como mucho con el crecimiento de futbol femenino consumiendo mas futbol femenino, en ir a ver mas juegos, en apoyar en cada cameonato que juegue. El futbol femenino esta creciendo much a nivel mundial y cada vez el nivel es mas alto y cuando sea mas popular entre la poblacion, se van a involucrar mas gente que tenga el poder de hacerlo crecer.
