In a press release, NISA has made the schedule for its opening weekend of matches public. As the document notes “the full schedule is still under development.” A statement by commissioner John Prutch states that “[t]he first weekend marks the start of our second full, spring-to-fall season and the start of Michigan Stars FC title defense.”

The kickoff match has new club Club de Lyon FC making a cross country trip from Orlando to face Los Angeles Force at Rio Hondo College on Friday, March 31 at 7pm PST. Three matches will be played the next day. Gold Star FC travels to Chattanooga FC at 3pm EST at Finley Stadium, Flower CIty Union visits the Maryland Bobcats at the Maryland SoccerPlex at 7pm EST, and Savannah Clovers FC get to host the defending champion Michigan Stars FC in their first NISA match at Memorial Stadium at 7pm EST.

ALBION San Diego has a bye in the opening week of NISA play.
