Ten UWS Players Receive All-America Honors
With the Women’s College Cup last weekend, the United Soccer Coaches announced their Division I Women’s All-America Teams. On the list were 10 UWS players, including three time-selections Catarina Macario and Deyna Castellanos. According to a UWS press release, “this year's All-Americans will be acknowledged at the USC All-America Ceremony & Reception on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at the Baltimore Convention Center in conjunction with the United Soccer Coaches Convention.”
With a grand total of fifty-one players receiving All-America honors, the UWS features a full fifth of the top talent in Division I women’s soccer.
